- Development of the overall Marketing Strategy of the group.
- Create Social Media plan for every month and its implementation thereof (Platform wise).
- Leverage insights, noteworthy activities and press events knowledge to incorporate into the on-going marketing calendar.
- Keeping up to date with the market trends and competitors marketing strategy.
- Explore PR Events and Activities for engagement.
- Proficiently running Meta Ads, Google Ads- setting up target audience, location and present the data thereof.
- Coordinating with the marketing agency for the deliverables/ implementation.
- Identify the best advertising channels for different projects.
- Inputs for marketing strategy for new project undertaking.
- Identifying keywords most interacted with in real estate sector and their efficient utilization.
- Explore PR Events and Activities for engagement.
- Coordinate with relevant teams.
- Analyze market acceptability for specific project and its strategy thereof.
- Analyze and prepare Marketing collaterals both conventional and digital in terms of what clients interact with- colours, location and visibility.
