Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Description :-

1. Social Media Management:

  • Oversee the social media team to ensure consistent messaging and content across all platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with the community.

2.Lead Generation Management:

  • Identify target markets and develop lead generation strategies to attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to qualify leads and convert them into clients.
  • Analyse lead generation data to optimize marketing campaigns and maximize ROI.

3.Marketing Budgeting:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.
  • Track expenses and analyse performance to ensure efficient use of funds.
  • Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures and budget reallocation.

4.Community Building and Interaction:

  • Foster relationships with current members to enhance community engagement and satisfaction.
  • Organize and participate in community events and activities to promote networking and collaboration.
  • Gather feedback from members to continually improve the coworking experience.
  • Work closely with the operations team to coordinate logistics and ensure successful events.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of community building activities and make recommendations for improvement.

5.Brand Collaborations:

  • Identify potential brand partners and develop collaborative marketing opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with brand collaborators to ensure mutual benefit.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and events with brand partners to increase brand visibility and reach.

6.Client Agreement Formation:

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop client agreements that align with company policies and objectives.
  • Ensure that client agreements are accurately drafted and executed in a timely manner.
  • Address any client concerns or questions related to agreements and contracts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience in marketing
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
