Marketing Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at Paras Nutritions Pvt Ltd in Moga. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the Asees brand and increase market share. This includes creating and managing campaigns, conducting market research, overseeing social media presence, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing market trends. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving the growth and success of Paras Nutritions in the animal feed and nutrition industry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing and brand management
• Strong knowledge of the rural market.
• Expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques
• Experience in market research and data analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Prior experience in the dairy inputs industry is a plus
