Job Description: -
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive quality traffic to our front door
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust advertising campaigns accordingly
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures
- Organizing events as per need
- Oversee complete execution of planned campaign right from material development to on ground co-ordination
- Coordinate with agency for making Hoarding as per different marketing strategy and getting approval for same
- Coordinating with Agencies like Housing.com, 99acres, Magic bricks etc.
- Would be Required to Handle Multiple Projects
- Analysis the lead flow coming from different sources, to get maximum walk-ins and conversions
- Ensure all the event/ground marketing activities are conducted within budgets
Preferred candidate profile: -
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project management: Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets
- Budget management: Ability to allocate marketing resources across a large area
- Customer service: Ability to understand customer needs and preferences, provide exceptional service, and resolve complaints quickly
- Knowledge of real estate law: Basic understanding of regulations that apply to property purchase paperwork.
