Job Overview:
We seek a proactive and engaging Marketing Executive specializing in field service activities to join our educational institute. Key Responsibilities:
- Program Promotion and Outreach: Implement outreach initiatives to highlight our institute's unique programs and offerings, targeting potential students at educational fairs, high schools, and online platforms.
Strategic Partnerships
: Forge and maintain relationships with industry partners, local businesses, and other educational institutions to create synergies that benefit our students through internships, placements, and collaborative projects.Event Coordination and Management
: Plan and execute institute open days, informational seminars, and participation in external events to provide insights into our educational offerings and campus life.Alumni Relations: Activate alumni networks for mentoring, career opportunities, and as ambassadors to bolster our institute's reputation and attract new students.

Feedback Collection and Market Analysis

Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Demonstrable experience in marketing or sales, with a strong emphasis on field service and direct engagement strategies, ideally within the educational sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and presenting to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to manage and execute events, from planning through to delivery and analysis.- Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting on performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and how they integrate with field activities.
- A collaborative team player who is also efficient when working independently.
Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours to cover events and meetings outside the regular schedule.
Working Conditions:- The role requires regular travel for attending and organizing events, visiting educational partners, and engaging with the community. Availability for occasional evening and weekend work is necessary to align with the schedule of events and outreach activities.
