Job Description

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that will

strengthen the company's market position and achieve desired business goals. This includes

setting short and long-term marketing goals and defining KPIs to measure success.

2. Brand Management: Establish and manage the company's brand, ensuring consistency

across all marketing initiatives and communications. This includes overseeing the creation of

marketing materials and brand assets, and ensuring all departments adhere to brand

guidelines.

3. Digital Marketing: Oversee the company's digital presence, including the website, social

media platforms, and online advertising. This includes managing SEO efforts, overseeing

content creation, and analyzing web traffic data to optimize marketing efforts.

4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand

customer needs. This includes analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer

behaviour, and using this information to inform marketing strategies.

5. Campaign Management: Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for various

projects. This includes coordinating with sales and other departments to align marketing

efforts and tracking campaign performance to ensure ROI.

6. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-

effectiveness and return on investment. This includes allocating resources to different projects

and monitoring spending to ensure it stays within budget.

7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous

improvement and innovation. This includes setting team goals, providing feedback and

training, and managing performance.

8. Ideation: Actively propose newer ideas every quarter to keep up with the digital marketing

landscape of the industry.

9. Coordination: Act as a single point of contact between the upper management and the third-

party vendors and ensure timely execution of all marketing and PR activities. Also, ensure that

the internal team is updated about the new marketing initiatives and activities for a company-

wide implementation.

10. Execution: Manage posting and operations related to all activities related to the promoter's

social media handles.
