You will be part of the founding team and expected to wear many hats:
1. Working closely with the founder to define ICP, value prop, brand positioning and strategy
2. Executing on that strategy both hands on and in partnership with external vendors
3. Defining and executing GTM for the product
4. Helping iterate our product to PMF
5. Planning, building, and hiring our internal marketing team
6. Shaping and executing the long term vision of the product
What are our requirements
We have the following professional preferences:
1. 4+ years experience as a marketing manager at a pre-seed or seed stage, product-led, B2C startup
Besides that, we care much more about the following things than we do where you went to school or what your grades were:
1. A demonstrable ability to think on your feet
2. Projects you have worked on in your spare time
3. An eagerness to learn new things
