Job Description

We need a few multi-racial marketing staff to be responsible for different market, for instance Bumi and Non-Bumi market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and brand awareness. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer service teams, and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

  • Education and Experience:

    Bachelors Degree: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is typically required.

    Experience: 2-4 years of experience in marketing or a related field is preferred. Experience with digital marketing, content creation, or campaign management is advantageous.

  • Skills and Competencies:

    Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.

    Digital Marketing: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing).

    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to craft compelling content and presentations.

    Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, campaign performance, and customer data to inform marketing strategies.

    Creativity: Innovative thinking with a knack for developing engaging marketing campaigns and content.

    Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

    Chinese candidate should be able to write and communicate in Chinese, English & Malay languages. Malay or Indian candidates are able to write and communicate in English & Malay.

  • Responsibilities:

    Campaign Management: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

    Content Creation: Create and oversee content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

    Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.

    Data Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data insights.

    Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, product development) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

    Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
