Job Description

This position is responsible for performing duties on a professional level and works closely with House of Spices Marketing & Sales, Purchase, Senior Management and staff in supporting designated geographic regions. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for HOS.

Essential Functions

  1. Supervise and manage the creative team In house + Agencies
  2. Support sales team with up-to-date and aligned marketing materials
  3. Plan, create and oversee the design, content, and production of all marketing materials
  4. Plan promotional and awareness campaigns and in market support
  5. Manage all POS development and execution of online and print materials for campaigns.
  6. Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide them to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print and digital.
  7. Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
  8. Monitor, track, and document campaign results analyse data/returns/customer response
  9. Cultivate and integrate new ideas and campaigns that align with current and future sales goals
  10. Work with product development team to manage new product development , packaging designs
  11. Manage launch campaigns for new products.
  12. Develop and Manage marketing vendor / agencies
  13. Plan and execute product shoots for packaging
  14. Plan and execute TVC shoot with agencies
  15. Track and manage marketing budgets

Required Experience

  • Candidates must have a current background in the Food or FMCG industry, with a focus on brand experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in packaging design and POS materials development is required.
  • Experience in managing product shoots and TV ad shoots is essential.
  • Candidates should have a track record of working on product development, new launches, and product launch campaigns.
  • Need to be good at copy, content, creatives review, creative brief writing, develop and manage excel sheets, communications.
  • Knowledge of US market /export markets will be added advantage
  • The position requires full-time availability at our Vidyavihar, Mumbai office, with a willingness to work from 11 am to 8 pm.
