This position is responsible for performing duties on a professional level and works closely with House of Spices Marketing & Sales, Purchase, Senior Management and staff in supporting designated geographic regions. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for HOS.
Essential Functions
- Supervise and manage the creative team In house + Agencies
- Support sales team with up-to-date and aligned marketing materials
- Plan, create and oversee the design, content, and production of all marketing materials
- Plan promotional and awareness campaigns and in market support
- Manage all POS development and execution of online and print materials for campaigns.
- Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide them to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print and digital.
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Monitor, track, and document campaign results analyse data/returns/customer response
- Cultivate and integrate new ideas and campaigns that align with current and future sales goals
- Work with product development team to manage new product development , packaging designs
- Manage launch campaigns for new products.
- Develop and Manage marketing vendor / agencies
- Plan and execute product shoots for packaging
- Plan and execute TVC shoot with agencies
- Track and manage marketing budgets
Required Experience
- Candidates must have a current background in the Food or FMCG industry, with a focus on brand experience.
- A minimum of 8 years experience in packaging design and POS materials development is required.
- Experience in managing product shoots and TV ad shoots is essential.
- Candidates should have a track record of working on product development, new launches, and product launch campaigns.
- Need to be good at copy, content, creatives review, creative brief writing, develop and manage excel sheets, communications.
- Knowledge of US market /export markets will be added advantage
- The position requires full-time availability at our Vidyavihar, Mumbai office, with a willingness to work from 11 am to 8 pm.
