We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager for Events & Conferences to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for events, a strong understanding of marketing strategies, and a track record of successful campaigns in the events and conference industry. This role involves creating and implementing marketing plans to attract new clients, promote services, and enhance Hire4Event's brand.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for corporate events, conferences, and special projects
- Manage and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC
Collaborate with the sales and events team to create customised marketing materials and presentations for client proposals- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, media outlets, and vendors for promotions and event sponsorships
- Plan and execute promotional events, networking opportunities, and other marketing-driven activities
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visibility across all platforms and marketing channels
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the events and conferences sector- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
Experience in managing budgets and optimising campaigns for ROI- Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
