What You'll Be Doing
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
Create marketing plans that align with our company's goals.
Implement campaigns that engage our target audience in the tech and innovation sectors.
Manage content distribution across social media, email, and other channels.
Lead Content Marketing and Lead Generation:
Oversee the creation of insightful content, reports, and resources.
Stay updated on industry trends to generate fresh content ideas.
Implement strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads.
Collaborate with sales and business development to identify client pain points and find marketing opportunities.
Ensure a smooth handoff of leads to the sales team and track conversion rates.
Manage Email Marketing and Analyze Performance:
Run email campaigns targeting thousands of industry professionals.
Segment audiences and personalize messages to boost engagement.
Use tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics to track campaign performance.
Provide regular reports and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Collaborate and Continuously Learn:
Coordinate with content creators, designers, and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Be open to feedback and always look for ways to learn and grow.
Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and tools to enhance our efforts.
Who We're Looking For
Experience and Skills:
5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B enterprise environment within the technology consulting sector.
Proven ability to run marketing campaigns independently from start to finish.
Strong experience in content marketing and lead generation.
Proficiency with marketing tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics.
Ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
