Marketing Manager - JD LEADING COMMERCE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION Manager (Head - Marketing and Business Development) is a full-time leadership role.Working in conjunction with the Director and leading the sales, digital marketing,admission,relationship management, tuition and creative teams within the external-facing functions together with other members of the Senior Leadership and Management Team. To propose and co-ordinate agreed strategies for the development of the company, in order to ensure that the company is positioned as a leader in the field of education Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products/services internally and externally Oversee and grow the marketing and digital marketing departments, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team. Department Deliverables Identify target audiences, establish positioning, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Developing strategies and tactics to boost the companys reputation and drive qualified traffic . Set performance targets for the team; improve the quality standards of the team. Enable time savings and improve efficiency in the teams work. Plan forecast and organizational budget on marketing related activities and communication with the finance department. Lead departmental discussions related to the marketing and promotions and review the activities. Fit in best resources in the team, talent onboarding, ensuring knowledge transfers and induction for new hires. Partner with Internal creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish. Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization to attract new students and retain existing students. Research & developing marketing opportunities plan, understanding customer requirements, identifying market trends, suggesting system improvement to achieve market goals, gathering, investigating, summarizing market data trends draft reports, advertising. Plan and Execute New age Marketing and Admissions strategies to create awareness of Programs. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Traveling within assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential educational partners. Offline Marketing Work with the sales team to drive the end outcomes of converting enrolments into our courses. Monitor lead quantity and quality metrics with a view to maximizing enrolments within the defined budgets. Identify new vendors and campaigns to grow leads. Conceptualizing & organizing events and marketing campaigns to ensure more footfalls. Speak effectively to small and large groups of students and parents in both informal and formal settings to promote our student services. Maximize domestic and international student recruitment to achieve financial goals established for student recruitment. Develop action plans to spread Organization's footprint to the unexplored domestic and international markets. Organize and conduct offline and online Seminars, Career Counselling Session within schools at assigned territories. Arrange orientation programs, educational workshops for prospective schools and their students Market Research and Analysis and Reporting Conducting Market Study & Research. Undertake competitor analyse and find best practices that could be translated and implemented at our organization Ensure timely submission of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Marketing reports. Plan and ensure timely follow-ups for all sales and marketing activities. Responsible for assigned sales targets achievement, sales team management & Partner management. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Evaluate current marketing strategy, identify weaknesses and implement corrective actions. Keeping track of the industry trends and implementing the best practices at the organization Conduct, gather and analyse market research to identify new opportunities. Qualification & Experience 10+ years of experience in Marketing Skill Sets required Qualification: Post Graduation specializing in areas of marketing preferably from premier institutes. B2B and B2C sales,marketing and negotiation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Working experience with sales techniques Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting Proven ability to plan and manage resources CTC : 9 12 LPA M/F : M Location : Kochi
