Main responsibilities:
- Develop a unique and compelling high-end brand strategy for the Indian market, stipulate detailed B2C marketing strategies to engage end users in each market based on the local market situation and local company strategy.
- Liaise with HQ strategic marketing team to localize and execute the strategies
- Collaborate with sales and product center to define the right product for the market
- Collaborate with sales team to create innovative sales campaigns
- Generate creative ideas into marketing campaigns in which the company promotes specific products among a targeted group of customers.
- Support the launch of new product families and products with the correct product positioning in the competitive landscape (after analysis)
- Analyze the customer journey for digital and traditional interactions and work with HQ and local team to optimize interactions
- Define an overall communication and marketing strategy based on the local market situation
- Generate content and manage the existing social media platforms the company currently runs in Brazil and set up other media platforms
- Build-up KOL and work out intriguing content together with technical team, identify KOL promotional tactics
- Manage relationships with customers in core markets, provide them support and discuss strategic development plans from a marketing perspective. Be persistent in following up with them to develop a long-term relationship of trust.
- Maintain a regular dialogue with influential organizations of the solar industry, such as local PV associations and relevant organizations.
- Work together with Research & Sales team, conduct markets research, analyse consumer needs, and market situation as well as competition dynamics that contribute to develop marketing strategies.
Requirements and personal attributes:
- Bachelor's degree and above
- Substantial experience with marketing management required (minimum 6 years of marketing experience, 3 years working experience in B2C segment is a plus
- More than 3 years team management experience
- Fluent in English, proficient in other language is a plus
- Availability to travel for customers meetings, exhibitions as well as company events
- Strong marketing strategy thinking and generation
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
