Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Mangalore Minerals Pvt Ltd. As the Marketing Manager for the Foundry division, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategies to promote our Washed Sand, Graded Silica Sand, and Resin Coated Sand products to the Foundry industry. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The job location is Pune, Maharashtra, India, and the employment type is full-time.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and promoting industrial products, preferably in the Foundry industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Foundry industry and its key players.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate the marketing team.
- Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our Foundry division's products to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitors.
- Create marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and product descriptions, to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create sales strategies and campaigns to generate leads and drive revenue.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business relationships.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and build brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Work closely with the product development team to provide market insights and feedback for product improvement and new product development.
