As a Marketing Manager for our dynamic web design agency, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating a strong online presence, attracting new clients, and fostering lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. **Lead generation**
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to high quality generate leads.
- Identify target markets and audiences for our web design services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
2. **Digital Marketing:**
- Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage SEO, SEM, and social media strategies to increase online visibility.
- Utilize analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance.
3. **Content Development:**
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant marketing materials.
- Ensure website content is up-to-date, compelling, and aligns with SEO best practices.
4. **Brand Management:**
- Maintain and enhance the agency's brand identity.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing channels.
5. **Client Acquisition:**
- Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
6. **Client Retention:**
- Develop strategies to nurture and retain existing client relationships.
- Gather client feedback and use it to improve service offerings.
7. **Event Planning:**
- Organize and coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and webinars.
- Leverage events for networking and business development opportunities.
8. **Budget Management:**

9. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the web design or creative industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
