Job Summary: We are seeking an Experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ensure our marketing efforts align with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team and monitor progress against goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging and positioning.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all marketing materials and channels.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content and visuals that enhance the brand.
- Digital Marketing:
- Drive the company's digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to optimize performance and ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Use data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and outcomes.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure all marketing activities are within budget.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing spend and optimize for best results.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.
- Ensure clear and effective communication of marketing strategies and plans to stakeholders.
- Represent the marketing team in senior management meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Pay: 60,000.00 - 90,000.00 per month
