Objectives Of This Role
Act as a Marketing Manager, understanding the target audience's behaviour and expanding the brand image and market share in the regenerative agriculture produce sector.
Serve as a Brand Identity Manager to improve overall brand perception and integrate seamlessly with the sales team to increase product sales.
Lead brand campaigns by collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to budgets, market trends, and sales predictions.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market studies to identify opportunities and determine brand positioning in the F&V sector.
Develop brand communication strategies in coordination with the Brand Director, utilizing appropriate media channels.
Monitor campaign performance against established KPIs and ROIs, producing insightful reports for further growth strategies.
Undertake brand reputation projects and ensure compliance with budgets and performance indicators.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Previous experience as a brand manager or assistant brand manager, with a keen understanding of marketing trends and tasks.
Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with compelling research and analytical abilities.
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields, with a global brand specialist's perspective for expansion and growth.
Creative thinking ability and cross-functional collaboration skills within the brand manager's job scope.
