Position Overview: A bit about how you as a Marketing Manager can make a difference @ EnKash
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B marketing, particularly in the fintech sector.
This role will be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts, with a focus on performance marketing to generate high-quality B2B leads. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will oversee content management and collaborate closely with our SEO team and content writers to optimize our online presence. Moreover, they will play a crucial role in brand management and increasing brand visibility across various channels.

- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Utilize performance marketing tactics, including PPC campaigns, social media advertising, email marketing, and other channels, to maximize ROI.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Identify target audiences and develop targeted campaigns to attract B2B leads. Optimize conversion funnels to drive qualified leads through the sales pipeline. Analyze campaign performance and iterate strategies to improve results continuously.
- Content Management and SEO: Collaborate with content writers to produce high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including website, blog, and social media. Work closely with the SEO team to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings. Monitor SEO performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Brand Management and Visibility: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Drive brand awareness initiatives to increase visibility and recognition within the target market.
- Implement branding strategies to differentiate EnKash from competitors and position us as a thought leader in the fintech industry. Monitor brand sentiment and perception, identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing any negative feedback or issues promptly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and other teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Provide input on product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to support product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.
Qualification: You should excel in this role, if you meet the below criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the fintech industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, with a focus on performance marketing and lead generation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
