Ecom Marketing Manager role in our E-commerce division!
- Location: Bangalore, Corporate Office
Experience:
3 - 5 years Immediate joiners preferred
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with affiliate partners, optimizing affiliate marketing programs, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns. You will also oversee financial reconciliations, collaborate with internal teams, and contribute to the growth and success of our affiliate marketing efforts.
- Affiliate Partner Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to ensure smooth operations and maximize revenue opportunities.
Address and resolve conflict bidding on brand keywords with affiliate partners.
Conduct weekly discussions with affiliate partners to review performance, discuss growth opportunities, and drive revenue.
- Reporting & Reconciliation:
Prepare and share monthly validation reports with affiliate partners by the 15th of each month.
Oversee the invoicing process, ensuring that affiliate partners provide invoices for processing, and payments are made within 30 days of receipt.
Prepare and send monthly reconciliation reports, ensuring accurate tracking of revenue and partner payments.
Work closely with the finance team to manage affiliate payouts, and share monthly offer reports.
Ensure timely communication with banks to explore new offer opportunities and collaborate on promotional initiatives.
Handle financial reconciliations, provisioning updates, and follow-up on invoices to ensure timely clearance.
- Payment Gateway (PG) Management:
Monitor and address any issues related to payment gateways (PG) by working closely with the payment gateway POC.
Configure new offers in the respective payment gateways and ensure they are properly implemented.
Collaborate with the CRM team to resolve any issues related to offers, cards, or customer-related concerns.
Prepare and share the monthly website spends report on the 1st of every month.
Collate marketplace spends, as well as Google and Meta ad spends, to provide comprehensive insights for decision-making.
Execute and monitor WhatsApp marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Drive email marketing campaigns, optimizing engagement with affiliate partners and end customers.
- General Responsibilities:
Ensure clear and ongoing communication with all stakeholders, addressing any operational issues as they arise.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually optimize affiliate marketing efforts.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing roles, with a focus on partner management and revenue optimization.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Finance, CRM, Marketing).
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with payment gateways, marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta), and CRM tools.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
