1) Report to head of department / Appointed by the Management
2) Supervise and Lead Marketing Team
3) Plan and Execute Marketing Direction (Online / Offline)
4) Participates/Leads in marketing events such as tradeshows, related occasions, customer focused-field marketing events or activities
5) Contributing ideas and suggest for improvements as well as collaborate with other HOD for sales and marketing and promotional campaign or program / Market Intelligence
6) Undertake planning and drives marketing, promotions strategy
7) Overview and develop team towards fostering innovation and creativity
8) Overview in team branding engagement activities, writing and proofreading creative copy/ Copy writing, social media campaigns and monitor its performance
9) Overview engagement in Marketing/ PR Materials (Graphics, Banner, Pamphlets, Poster & Etc)
10) Assist in Supervising team with strategies, implement and troubleshoot (Digital or Offline) towards business goal
11) Assist in Job task/ KPI setting, training and Hiring for the team (Sub) S&M
12) Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and meet audiences (Product/ Placing positioning)
13) Overview on Customer /Audience relationship management
14) Plan, propose to Management (For consent) then monitor marketing or Campaign budget for the team
15) Engage in inhouse or Third (3rd) party promotional events, and branding activities
16) Other adhoc request from Management
Requirements
Candidate must posses Diploma / Bachelor Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 3 years in Marketing / Preferably FMCG
Has 3 years as Senior Marketing Position
Able to communicate well with all levels
* Able to multitask
