Take ownership of marketing management for a set of products and services for Datawrkz, driving awareness, interest and conversions
Understand business and marketing goals and work with the marketing team to create and run a range of outbound and inbound marketing campaigns covering both offline and online marketing from planning to execution, to deliver on quantitative and qualitative goals.
Execute projects to address pipeline creation goals, lead progression, brand building, messaging and marketing capabilities; Work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead and Content Marketing Specialists to manage campaign requirements and outcomes.
Create and execute GTM plans for products and services, crafting multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns that support marketing and business objectives
Project-manage and oversee all marketing touchpoints
Track and optimize campaign performance, from leads to conversions to revenue, in addition to campaign-specific metrics
Support other marketing projects including market research, segmentation, analytics, content and collateral creation
An excellent understanding of marketing management, especially how it applies to the B2B space, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing
Generalist marketing experience (this isn t a pure digital marketing role) building pipeline plans, assembling 360-degree marketing actions and drumbeats, brand, messaging, market research and of course, campaign management
Specifically, we'd like to see experience running full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns
The ability to understand business requirements, translating them to effective marketing plans and tactical actions, arriving at the right touchpoints, messaging and cadences
The ability to manage numerous parallel projects simultaneously, with strong fidelity to deadlines and outcomes
Strong numerical and analytical abilities, understanding of how to measure and track campaign performance
Excellent spoken and written communication skills; this role will require frequent close collaboration with global stakeholders and craft messaging that is suited to international markets
