Job Description: Marketing and communication expert (client side)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and talented MarCom Manager to join our team. As a MarCom Manager, you will be primarily responsible for leading the design, content creation, and stakeholder management efforts to drive impactful marketing campaigns. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
MUST HAVES:
1. Graphic Design Expertise:
Take the lead in conceptualizing and creating visually compelling materials, including graphics, layouts, and multimedia content (newsletters, posters, promotional material collaterals,etc), using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, canva).
Act as the primary designer for marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies as needed, but primarily responsible for hands-on design work to maintain efficiency and creative control.
2. Content Creation:
Develop engaging and persuasive content across diverse mediums such as written copy, infographics, and presentations.
Tailor content to resonate with target audiences and align with marketing objectives and messaging strategies.
Ensure content accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
GOOD TO HAVE:
3. Stakeholder Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to understand their needs, objectives, and feedback.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations, client, marketing to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and consensus-building processes.
4. Execution & Feedback:
Take charge of overseeing the onsite execution from planning to implementation.
Handle feedback and ensure a positive customer experience (CX).
