Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Core team, you will lead a team of sales professionals to meet the company's customer acquisition
& growth objectives. You will be responsible for:
Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets
Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.
Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
Organising appointments and meetings with community Labs, Doctors & healthcare centers.
Identifying and establishing new business.
Lead generation, doctor meetings, business development & negotiating contract.
Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare profession
