Brief Summary:
RMX Industries is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, encompassing a wide range of activities such as digital marketing, outdoor campaigns, print media, exhibitions, and events. This role involves strategic planning, budget management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand communication.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing both Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) activities.
Formulate plans for digital marketing, outdoor campaigns, print media, exhibitions, and events to maximize brand visibility.
Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve organizational objectives.
Ensure seamless integration of digital, outdoor, print, and event campaigns for a cohesive brand presence.
Develop and manage budgets for diverse marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
Monitor and analyze campaign expenditures, providing regular updates on budget adherence.
Plan and execute participation in exhibitions and events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring maximum impact.
Evaluate event success metrics and propose improvements for future engagements.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience of 8 years into marketing with a focus on market research and marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and platforms.
Familiarity with industry-specific marketing strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
