Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Ancia Future in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Job Location: Dubai

Salary Range: 2500-4000 AED plus Incentives

Qualifications-

• Proven experience in sales and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Understanding of the immigration industry and related regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
• Fluency in English and Hindi

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

• Experience in the immigration or manpower consulting industry
• Knowledge of international markets and business practices
• Proficiency in additional languages
