Job Description: Marketing & Branding
Job Purpose:
To effectively drive and manage the admissions and after-school activities programs, ensuring that targets are met through strategic lead generation initiatives, marketing efforts, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Admissions & After-school Programs: Spearhead efforts to achieve targets in admissions and after-school activity enrolments.
2.Lead Generation: Implement and monitor lead generation initiatives ensuring timely and effective execution in line with organizational goals.
3.Strategic Tie-ups: Collaborate with the team to establish and fortify pre-school and corporate relationships.
4.Marketing Calendar Management: Implement and oversee the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution and achievement of stipulated targets.
5.Performance Tracking: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives through data analysis and offer consumer insights to refine marketing approaches.
6.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Executives & Officers, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
7.Competitor Analysis: Keep abreast of competitors marketing efforts, strengths, and spend. Analyze ROI on marketing expenditures for the zone, ensuring optimized effectiveness and efficiency.
8.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Interface with internal departments such as Finance, Technology, HR, Service Level Heads, Sales Leads, Brand Management, and others for operational coherence.
9.Academic Collaboration: Interface with academic management, content teams, and administrative units to ensure alignment in service offerings and school-specific needs.
10.Data Management: Employ tools and software, like CRM systems, to maintain accurate and comprehensive data records.
11.After-School Programs: Drive the After School program initiatives, ensuring alignment with specified targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. [Master's Degree preferred.]
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, admissions, or a related field.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data management
