Job Title: Marketing Lead- Department: Marketing & Business Development

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Lead and inspire a high-Performing marketing team.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (Digital, social media, Traditional)- Monitor and Analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain brand integrity.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.- Stay informed about digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of industry best practices.
Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Generate regular reports to demonstrate ROI and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field;- Proven experience in a SME marketing role with a track record of successful campaign management and team leadership.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.
