• Job Description:

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Lead and inspire a high-Performing marketing team.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.

Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (Digital, social media, Traditional)

• Monitor and Analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing efforts.

• Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain brand integrity.

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

• Stay informed about digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of industry best practices.

Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

• Generate regular reports to demonstrate ROI and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

• Ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams.

• Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field;

• Proven experience in a SME marketing role with a track record of successful campaign management and team leadership.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
