Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands the full spectrum of inbound marketing, including SEO, CRO, and ORM, and can translate traffic into tangible business results. The ideal candidate should be experienced in increasing organic traffic and capable of leading a team to achieve remarkable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to guide content creation and optimisation.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital platforms.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Lead CRO initiatives to enhance website user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Manage ORM to maintain and improve the company's online reputation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Develop and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Key Requirements:
- 8-10 years of core inbound marketing experience with a proven track record of success (B2B preferred).
- Deep understanding of inbound marketing, including SEO, CRO, and ORM.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Looker Studio etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
