Marketing Lead Generator

JOB PURPOSE: This position is responsible for promoting products to prospects, customizing outreach efforts, and analyzing performance metrics to drive successful outcomes. The role plays a key part in improving customer engagement and supporting overall sales and marketing strategies. Maintaining professionalism and delivering quality customer interactions is crucial to success.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct calls and follow-up to prospects to promote products and generate leads.

2. Customize digital telemarketing scripts and messaging to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.

3. Analyze performance metrics such as Qualification rates, Qualification to Cancel rates, and Revenue.

4. Provide feedback and insights to marketing and sales teams based on customer interactions.

5. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company in all digital telemarketing communications.

YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

1. 3- 5 years proven experience in digital telemarketing or related field.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Strong sales and persuasion skills with a customer-centric approach.

4. Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

6. Attention to detail.

7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

9. Knowledge of digital marketing principles and practices is a plus.

10. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.
