The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of integrated marketing, digital media, and brand management. They should have a proven track record of successfully leading marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels based on briefings. Generate great stories in professional English, using industry-specific vocabulary.
- Storytelling: Utilize strong storytelling skills across text, images, and video to create compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience.
- Digital Marketing: Utilize digital platforms to reach a wider audience, including online advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and social media marketing. Understand website development and work with advanced digital marketing tools.
- Product Promotion: Design and implement campaigns to promote specific chemical products or services, highlighting their unique selling points and applications in various industries. Conduct in-person visits to architects, consultants, builders, and promote brands/products of construction chemicals. Conduct training sessions and enable partnerships with various industrial bodies and associations. Arrange distributor/applicator meets at various locations.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Use market research to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and engagement. Adjust strategies based on performance data.
