We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team and help us with community building and participant engagement while building scalable research infrastructure. This position has the scope to evolve into a full-time job offer.

What will you do everyday

You will be required to create content for and manage Poocho's social media channels and blog. You will also be exposed to aspects of recruiting and managing participants for research studies and the company's flagship podcast series. You will work closely with other teams to help them incorporate community insights into our outreach materials. Your deliverables will broadly be:

• Work with the team to create and post content across LinkedIn and Instagram
• Manage podcast outreach and promos
• Manage Poocho's blog backend
• Write blog posts
• Run social media campaigns
• Lead generation

Someone who:

• Is willing to work in a small startup team with occasional ambiguity
• Can work from home with good internet connectivity
• Loves to ideate new concepts to showcase written and visual content.
• Is active on social media and understands the nuances of the medium.
• Is a team player who is a pro at multitasking.
• Is hungry to learn more! (PS: Our founder is the best teacher!)

Requirements:

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Personal or professional experience using design tools like Canva
• Comfortable working with databases like Notion for project and task management
• Has a background in social science research (bonus)
