Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team at Pune. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, market research, and more. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, creative thinker, and eager to learn about the fast-paced world of brand management and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Assist in effective store launch planning and execution, ensuring successful openings.
- Conduct catchment and target group (TG) analysis for new store openings (NSO) and active stores to tailor marketing strategies.
- Assist in devising a 6-month marketing calendar to outline key campaigns and initiatives.
- Explore innovative marketing modes to acquire and engage the customer base, ensuring a dynamic and compelling brand presence.
General Marketing Support:
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns, supporting execution and optimization across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Groundwork involvement in terms of customer interaction and marketing activities.
- Help create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Monitor and manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights that will inform marketing strategies.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data to track performance and ROI of campaigns.
- Help plan and execute marketing events, both virtual and in-person, to promote our brands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, working closely with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, brand management, and visual merchandising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) is a plus.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
