We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our team. While this is an unpaid internship, it offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience, work closely with our dynamic team, and make a significant impact on our start-up.
Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for different types of research like marketing.
- Will be responsible for managing the Social media platforms, and increasing likes, comment, reach and followers of our social media handles.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies and operations.
- Connecting with colleges, conducting and managing online events.
- Will be responsible for gathering data (data mining and data entry).
Marketing Management:
- Oversee and manage all marketing-related aspects of our business.
- Supervise the Content Writer, Graphic Designer, Marketing and Social Media departments, as well as interns.
- Monitor and coordinate the work of the Content Writer, Graphic Designer, Marketing, and Social Media teams.
- Improve the quality of content, design, and posts across all platforms.
- Increase key performance indicators (KPIs) such as likes, comments, shares, followers, and following.
- Stay well-informed about graphic design, content writing, and marketing.
- Engage in both online and offline marketing.
- Conduct market research, analyse new market trends, and study competitors marketing strategies, target audiences, and social media trends.
- Manage social media platforms, increase engagement, and execute marketing strategies.
- Connect with colleges and manage online events.
- Gather data through data mining and data entry.
- Possess research and development knowledge and experience, including various types of analysis.
- Manage daily activities, including creating posters and photos for social media platforms.
- Create animations, cartoon designs, and engaging stories.
- Display creativity and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Adobe InDesign.
- Lead and operate the entire team, focusing on improving daily activities and productivity.
- Continuously enhance our social media presence and manage all the mentioned departments.
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Ads, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
- Strong management and leadership skills, including stakeholder management.
- A deep passion for crafting and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- A strong work ethic and a quick learner.
Video Editing:
- Create and edit videos.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of animation, design, and the latest technology.
- Experience in video editing is preferred.
Qualifications
- Have good knowledge of Marketing, Social media marketing and SEO and are aware of different types of market research.
- Proficiency in design and experience in video editing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and other editing software.
- Have relevant skills and interests.
- Are available for a duration of 3 months.
- Can start the internship immediately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a remote environment.
Note: This is an unpaid internship program, with a duration of 3 months, and will be conducted entirely remotely (work from home).
