Role Description:

This is an on-site internship role for a Marketing Intern. The intern will be responsible for market research, sales, marketing strategy, and customer service. The intern will also assist with day-to-day tasks related to marketing and gain practical experience exposure to the field.

Social Media Management:

Help manage and schedule posts across various social media platforms.

Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media.

Analyze social media metrics and report on performance.

Assist in the creation of engaging content for social media, blogs, emails, and websites.

Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and track engagement metrics.

Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and target audience preferences.

Analyze marketing data and report on campaign performance.

Assist in organizing photoshoots and creating product descriptions.

Help with the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.

Research industry-related topics and generate ideas for content

. Drafting copies and managing the content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn posts

Participate & Research reels and videos for the brand

Market Research & Execution

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Assist in analyzing competitor activities and strategies

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

Help with the development of promotional materials and collateral.

Track and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the marketing team.

Support the planning and execution of marketing events, exhibitions and pop-ups.

. Participating in sales & customer relationship management

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the Founder's office on administrative and operational requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).

Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Learning Outcomes:

Develop a deeper understanding of marketing strategies and tactics.

• Experience in the jewelry or fashion industry is a plus
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
