This data will help inform our future marketing and communication strategies, ensuring that we can effectively reach our target audience through their preferred media channels.

Understanding how frequently the target audience engages with each media type (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).

What types of content are most engaging (news, industry trends, case studies, educational content, etc.).
4. Demographic and Behavioural Insights:
Any relevant demographic data (age, location, role in organization) to segment the audience and identify media preferences according to job profiles and seniority levels.
Deliverables Expected -
Detailed insights on media consumption behaviour for both target segments (Shippers and Freight Forwarders/Custom Clearing Agents).
Comparative analysis of the effectiveness of different media channels for reaching these audiences.
The intern should define:
Sample Size: Propose an ideal sample size for each target segment to ensure statistically significant results.
Methodology: Provide details on the methodology (surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.) for gathering data.
