Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and management of PR content for various formats.
Support internal and external communications planning for technology and services.
Assist in responding to customer inquiries through CS channels and developing CS policies.
Analyze customer behavior to gain insights and improve services.
Assist in setting up and optimizing marketing campaigns to increase traffic and conversion rates using tools like GA, Google Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Contribute to in-app marketing strategies through funnel analysis.
Support media communications and update company information across multiple platforms.
Monitor and respond to marketing content issues.
Help grow the company's presence on social media platforms, particularly YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Engage in growth hacking initiatives to drive user acquisition and retention.
Support customer interviews and contribute to the general scope of marketing activities.
Leverage any specialized skills or knowledge to contribute to the company's growth in preferred ways.
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and branding initiatives.
Contribute to content marketing efforts on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
Generate creative ideas and innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
