Yurica Ovaerenu, the CEO of Adler, embarked on her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 16 while attending Seoul Science High School (SSHS), a highly selective high school for gifted students. She chose to drop out of Seoul National University (SNU), the top-ranked university in Korea. At the age of 27, she became a serial entrepreneur who underwent a gender transition at 26. We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing our innovative 3D content creation platform, including our proprietary XRML language and engine. Responsibilities span both front-end and back-end development, requiring a deep understanding of complex system architecture and the ability to mentor junior developers. The Senior Software Engineer will also be instrumental in breaking down complex tasks and pushing the boundaries of our technological capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and management of PR content for various formats.
• Support internal and external communications planning for technology and services.
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries through CS channels and developing CS policies.
• Analyze customer behavior to gain insights and improve services.
• Assist in setting up and optimizing marketing campaigns to increase traffic and conversion rates using tools like GA, Google Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Contribute to in-app marketing strategies through funnel analysis.
• Support media communications and update company information across multiple platforms.
• Monitor and respond to marketing content issues.
• Help grow the company's presence on social media platforms, particularly YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Engage in growth hacking initiatives to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Support customer interviews and contribute to the general scope of marketing activities.
• Leverage any specialized skills or knowledge to contribute to the company's growth in preferred ways.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and branding initiatives.
• Contribute to content marketing efforts on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Generate creative ideas and innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in achieving numeric output and tangible results in marketing activities.
