Our client is a multidisciplinary hospital in Pune offering a wide range of services in tertiary care. Having started operations in the year 2016, the hospital has blossomed to become a trusted provider of innovative yet affordable healthcare.The Hospital has a capacity of 250 beds and houses all Specialties- spelling corrected. (Orthopedics, Obstetrics, emergency medicine, ICU, Neurology, Urology, radiology, ophthalmology etc.) under one roof. The hospital also offers post education after MBBS. It provides Diploma courses in 3 medical specialities-Pediatrics, Orthopedics and Obstetrics & Gynecology.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Head to lead our hospitals marketing efforts and promote the services to the community.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve the hospitals business objectives, including increasing patient volume, enhancing brand reputation, and expanding service lines.
- Brand Management: Oversee the hospitals brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the healthcare industry.
- Target Audience Identification: Define target patient demographics and segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach and engage these audiences effectively.
- Digital Marketing: Lead the hospitals digital marketing initiatives, including website management, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and infographics.
- Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, healthcare influencers, and community stakeholders to generate positive publicity and media coverage for the hospital.
- Physician Liaison: Collaborate with physicians and clinical departments to promote hospital services, build referral relationships, and facilitate physician engagement in marketing initiatives.
- Events and Sponsorships: Plan and coordinate hospital events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs to raise awareness and promote goodwill in the community.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, patient acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI), to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including patient privacy and advertising guidelines.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/ Master's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, patient behavior, and healthcare marketing trends.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and messaging.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including website CMS, social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
