Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development and Execution:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive

positioning.

2. Brand Management:

Oversee all brand-building initiatives to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.

Ensure a strong brand presence across all channels, both online and offline.

3. Digital Marketing:

Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Optimize online presence to increase web traffic and customer engagement.

4. Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns to achieve measurable outcomes.

Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI.

5. Team Leadership:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Foster collaboration with other departments, including sales, product, and operations, to ensure alignment on objectives.

6. Performance Metrics:

Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the success of marketing initiatives.

Provide regular performance reports to senior management.

7. Partnerships and PR:

Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, influencers, and industry leaders.

Oversee public relations efforts to enhance company reputation.

8. Innovation and Trends:

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer behavior to innovate marketing strategies.

Test and implement new marketing tools and platforms.

Qualifications: Education: MBA

Experience: 1012 years of marketing experience, in the fintech or financial services industry and Event Management

Proven track record of scaling user bases, launching products, and achieving growth metrics in the fintech space.

Skills:

Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and CRM tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends in the fintech sector.
