Role Overview:
We are searching for a Marketing Head who can lead our marketing efforts with a blend of creativity and strategic thinking. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to build a marketing function in a startup environment and is comfortable working with limited resources but unlimited potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our growth goals.Generate leads and manage the brand's presence on social media platforms.Meet with clients to understand their needs and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.Be actively involved in the tender process, ensuring Goldstory Gifts is positioned competitively.Create and deliver compelling presentations to clients that showcase our offerings.Assist with daily operations as needed, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.Enhance our online presence through effective use of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead generation and support sales initiatives.Plan and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand visibility.Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup or small business.A strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.Creativity and an innovative mindset.Strong communication and project management skills.Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
