Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our team in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their marketing career with a leading company in the electrical projects, panels, and lighting industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.

Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and email newsletters.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth. Provide insights and recommendations based on findings.

Brand Promotion: Help enhance brand visibility and awareness through various marketing activities and initiatives.

Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.

Customer Engagement: Interact with customers and clients to gather feedback, answer queries, and build strong relationships.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate results and suggest improvements.

Required Skills:

Recent graduate (0-1 year of experience) in Marketing or a related field

Strong understanding of marketing principles and concepts

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
