Job Title: Marketing Executive- Location: HSR LAYOUT SECTOR 4
On-Site Customer Interaction:- Greet and assist customers who visit the site, providing them with information about our properties.
Conduct site tours to showcase the features and benefits of the properties.Follow-Up Calls:
Contact potential customers who have shown interest in our properties to provide additional information and answer queries.
- Maintain a proactive approach in following up with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Provide weekly updates on site visits, customer interactions, and sales progress.- Collaborate with the sales manager to analyze and strategize based on the market feedback.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Female Candidate only
The position requires attendance at the Varthur site on Saturday & Sunday.- The employee will have one weekday off, preferably on Tuesdays.
A Travel Allowances will be provided.
