Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities As a Marketing Executive, you will sit within RICS Global Marketing Team and play a pivotal role in planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass membership acquisition/retention marketing, product marketing and brand marketing.
Your primary focus will be on driving business growth, generating leads and promoting RICS key themes and brand messaging. You will develop, implement, analyse, and report on individual marketing campaigns with an emphasis on engagement, membership growth and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan
- Create customer journeys through integrated activities that encompass membership retention, acquisition marketing, product marketing, and brand marketing
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans, leveraging data and insights, and regularly measure and report campaign performance to the marketing team and relevant stakeholders
- Develop content-based marketing activities to support business growth
- Create and execute demand generation and awareness campaigns taking a leading role on content development and distribution
About You
- Broad marketing experience, with proven experience in developing and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns for a B2B or B2C audience
- Solid track record of developing and implementing marketing plans
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in digital analytics with an ability to report on campaign activity and present results and recommendations
