Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team at Raija Solar. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our solar power plant solutions. This is a full-time position based in Mangaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong creativity skills to develop engaging marketing content
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
  • Experience with content development and social media management
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong analytical skills to track and report on marketing performance

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our solar power plant products and services
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, including social media posts, blog articles, and website content
  • Manage and analyze marketing campaigns to optimize effectiveness and return on investment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure the alignment of marketing activities with business objectives
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Coordinate and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events
  • Assist in identifying and building relationships with potential customers and partners
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, such as leads generated, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
