Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team, focusing on selling lead packages to home interior firms within the KIAWA network, managing influencer marketing, and enhancing our brand presence on Instagram. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada, and a passion for marketing in the luxury home interiors segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sales:
Develop and sell lead packages to home interior firms within the KIAWA network.
Identify potential clients, pitch our lead packages, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players to foster long-term business partnerships.
Influencer Marketing:
Strategically position OAK Kitchen Studio as an influencer within the luxury home interiors market.
Collaborate with other brands and influencers to create mutually beneficial partnerships that enhance OAK's market presence.
Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with our brand values and target audience.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow OAK Kitchen Studio's Instagram page by creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media, maintaining a positive brand image.
Qualifications:
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the home interiors or luxury segments preferred.
Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, particularly in selling services or packages to B2B clients.
Influencer Marketing: Experience in managing influencer relationships and campaigns, with the ability to position a brand as an influencer.
Social Media Expertise: Proficient in Instagram marketing, with a solid understanding of content creation, audience engagement, and analytics.
Language Proficiency: Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies that stand out in the luxury market.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
