Job Description

Position: Sales/Marketing Executive

Work: Remote

Product: Website Building Service (Priced at 4,999/-)

Monthly Salary: 30,000 to 35,000

We are seeking disciplined and result-oriented Sales/Marketing Executive to promote and sell our website-building service priced at 4,999. This is a commission-only role with a lucrative earning potential, offering 200 per sale. Ideal candidates will be committed to achieving high sales volumes through lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting. This role requires daily tracking and reporting of lead generation and sales performance.

Key Details:

  • Commission: 200 per sale
  • Target: 150 sales per month (minimum)
  • Daily Sales Target: 7 sales
  • Weekly Sales Target: 42 sales
  • Estimated Monthly Income: 30,000+ (if targets are met)
  • Payout Frequency: Weekly (every Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Generate leads and update it into a shared Excel sheet with all relevant details.
  • Research and identify potential clients who would benefit from website-building services, such as small businesses, startups, and local enterprises.

Cold Calling & Sales:

Cold call all generated leads to pitch the service, set appointments, and close deals.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule at least 10-minute meetings between potential clients and the manager for further discussions.

Sales Target: Ensure a minimum of 7 to 8 successful sales each day, contributing to a weekly goal of 45 sales and a monthly minimum target of 150 sales.

Client Interaction & Deal Closure:

Convince potential clients about the value of the website-building service.

Address client queries and objections confidently and persuasively.

Maintain professionalism and build relationships to maximize sales opportunities.

Sales Reporting:

  • Document daily activities and sales updates in the Excel sheet.
  • Track sales progress, updating lead statuses (e.g., appointment set, sale closed, follow-up required).
  • Work closely with the manager to review progress and strategize on how to improve sales outcomes.
