Job Title: Marketing Executive

Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA in Marketing or a related field
0-3 years of relevant experience in marketing
Key Skills and Experience:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to develop and maintain effective client relationships
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in creating marketing materials (brochures, proposals, presentations)
Understanding of market research and competitive analysis
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
1.Marketing Strategy Support:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies that support business development goals.
2.Lead Generation:
Engage potential clients through targeted marketing initiatives.
3.Proposal and Presentation Development:
Create and customize marketing materials, proposals, and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of DISEAs services to potential clients.
4.Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
5.Event Coordination:
Support the planning and execution of marketing events, workshops, and webinars to promote DISEAs services.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product development, and operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
7.Reporting and Analytics:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
8.Brand Awareness:
Assist in initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and reputation in the market.
9.Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support related to marketing activities and projects.
