We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Executive with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and analyzing marketing data to measure campaign success. This is a full-time position based in India.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute effective marketing campaigns that meet company objectives
- Create and manage social media accounts and ensure regular and engaging content is posted
- Conduct market research and analyze marketing data to measure campaign success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales and product development to develop marketing strategies
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance to senior management
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics and CRM software
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
