Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Client Meetings and Presentations:
- Schedule and conduct meetings with educational institutions to present and demonstrate our products and services.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential clients.
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns.
- Market Research and Feedback:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve our products and services.
