Marketing Executive- Job Description Duties and Responsibilities
The primary objective of a Marketing Executive is to assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns that help promote the company's products, services, or brand. Their role is key in ensuring smooth operations of marketing activities and contributing to the overall growth and visibility of the business.
- Campaign Assistance: Support in the execution of marketing campaigns, including preparing promotional content and handling communication materials.
- Market Research: Conduct research to gather information on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Content Creation: Help create marketing content, such as blog posts, brochures, newsletters, and social media updates.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing the company's social media accounts, including posting content, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and execute promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Data Analysis: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports to inform decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure smooth execution of strategies.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors, such as advertising agencies or print suppliers, to ensure marketing materials are produced and distributed effectively.

Requirements:*
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a marketing role as well as hotel industry experience
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and social media platforms.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM software, email marketing platforms, and social media analytics tools.
- Creativity: Ability to contribute fresh ideas and content for marketing campaigns.
